In this class I learned how to use the external resources in order to succeed in classes for my major. I was given a peak into what is expected from me in my capstone course. I was taught how to use the internet to my advantage. I learned how to search for articles, books, and other information in order to succeed in my classes. It was a good way to start practicing for my capstone course. I learned what I should expect to learn in each of my courses. We went over the Major Learning Outcomes as well as what classes fall can help me reach these outcomes. This class covered the different career paths I can take through my Spanish Linguistics major. We had speakers from the teaching programs as well as other careers.
